Car Parking Costs
- 2 hours: £2.30
- 4 hours: £4.50
- 6 hours: £8.00
- 12 hours: £16.00
- 24 hours: £22.00
Exclusive Vue Parking Offer
- Available only at Quayside’s car park.
- Inform Vue staff that you have driven, and they will provide a code for the Paystations.
- The first four hours are free; additional time will be charged at standard rates (displayed on tariff boards).
EV Charging Points
- Six EV charging stations are available on the first floor of the car park.
Accessible, Parent & Child Parking
- 80 designated accessible bays are available across all levels.
- Blue Badge holders can park free for four hours during trading hours (see Blue Badge Parking section for redemption details).
- Parent & Child Bays are located in Waterside and Underground Car Park.
Blue Badge Holders
Blue Badge holders are entitled to four hours of free parking while shopping at Quayside.
How to Redeem:
- Before leaving, go to the pay machine.
- Enter car registration → press CONFIRM.
- Select REDEEM CODE (instead of “Proceed to Pay”).
- Enter the full Blue Badge ID number (letters and numbers) → press CONFIRM.
- If the amount shows £0.00, press CONTINUE. The next page will confirm DONE.
- If parked over 4 hours, £4.50 will be deducted from the time bracket, and you can pay the difference by card at the machine.
Customer Service Lounge Opening Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 10 AM – 6 PM
- Thursday: 10 AM – 8 PM
- Saturday: 10 AM – 7 PM
- Sunday: 11 AM – 5 PM
