Eligibility: This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over. Employees of Quayside Shopping Centre and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. 

1. How to Enter: To enter the competition, participants must follow @quaysidesalford on Instagram, like the competition post on Instagram, and tag another Instagram friend in the comments on Instagram. Multiple entries are allowed on Instagram, but each entry must tag different friends. Share the post and tag @quaysidesalford on your story.
2. Prize: There will be one individual winner. Tea Club is giving away an hour in the bay for a family of up to 6, plus 2 pizzas and a soft drink for everyone! Oxygen is throwing in a Big Time Open Play pass for 4 jumpers!
3. Competition Period: The competition starts on 21st October 2026 and ends on 26^th October 2026 at 11:59pm. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered. 
4. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries and will be contacted by @quaysidesalford on Instagram on 27^th October 2026. The winner must respond directly within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time, a new winner will be selected.  
5. Prize Collection: The prize will be sent via email and is only redeemable at Quayside Salford. All prizes are valid for six months. The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. Our decision is final in all matters.
6. The Oxygen Active Play prize is valid for any four people aged 4 and over, during designated 60-minute Open Play sessions only. All participants must attend the same Open Play session. Tee-Club and Oxygen T&C’s apply.
7. Publicity: By entering the competition, participants agree to have their name and Instagram handle used in all future promotional materials related to the competition and related activities. The winner’s name and social media username/handle may be posted on the social media profiles of Quayside Shopping Centre. 
8. Privacy: Any personal data collected during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition. The winner’s email will be shared with Tee Club and Oxygen Active Play in order receive the prize. 
9. General Conditions: Quayside Shopping Centre reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Quayside Shopping Centre’s control impair the integrity of the giveaway. You will only be contacted by @quaysideSalford and will never be asked to give bank details or click any links. Quayside Shopping Centre also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these terms and conditions. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Quayside Shopping Centre’s reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice. 
10. Limitation of Liability: Quayside Shopping Centre takes no responsibility or duty of care for the prizes and a winner who partakes in the prize does so at their own risk and will be governed by any rules and requirements of the prize-giver and the venue.
